We created our Arena HR Training Academy after being asked to bring our clients together to share knowledge, encourage peer to peer learning and cascade our expertise.
We deliver the Academy courses through a number of different methods.
Our Retainer clients have monthly access to our “Lunch ‘&’ Learn” sessions held within the Academy. Our sessions include a range of topics which are essential in creating a positive working environment and ensure that our clients are up to date with any changes to employment law. The sessions are available either as an in-person experience or as a webinar.

Lunch & Learn Session
The UK’s first Practical Reflection Leadership course is exclusively provided by our Arena HR Academy Practitioners. 8 Modules over 9 months gives the learner an intensive deep dive into developing their people management and leadership skills and practice. This course is available to anyone.
We believe it’s best suited to a line manager looking to learn more about People Management and Leadership, an individual starting their HR career or an employee wishing to advance their own professional development.
